How long until my order ships?

We move at beach pace ~ not the frantic airport-sprint kind, the slow-walk-to-the-tiki-bar kind. Orders are processed within 2-8 business days, and once yours is on its way you'll get a tracking number so you can watch the chaos travel to your door.

I'm between sizes. What do I do?

Classic dilemma, honestly. Every product page has a size guide that is actually worth two minutes of your time ~ run the tape, compare the numbers, and when you're teetering on the line, size up. A little extra room reads effortlessly chill. That's the whole point.

How does the print hold up after washing?

The artwork is printed into the fabric, not just visiting. Flip it inside out, cold wash, low heat ~ treat it like your favorite tiki bar, with a little care and a lot of loyalty. This is built to travel, get salt-spritzed, and come out of the wash still looking like it means business.

Something arrived wrong ~ now what?

Everything's fine! Except ~ if it genuinely isn't, we want to know. Reach out at support@aloha-threads.com within 30 days of receiving your order and we'll make it right. Damaged goods or wrong items are not the kind of chaos we're here for.

Can I send this as a gift?

This might be the best decision you make today. A shirt or a mug that nails someone's whole beach-forever personality hits differently than a gift card.
